Can I unlock the door with the app?
The Security model is designed for indoor security. You can use UN-LOCK when connected to the phone, but the model is not designed for full external access.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The SecuYou Smart Lock is designed for simple indoor installation, with a pin, adapter, screws, and batteries included in the package.
What if it breaks?
The product is designed to be repairable, providing a longer lifespan and reducing the need to replace the entire lock.
Can the product be sold in the USA?
Yes. The SecuYou Friday Lock is FCC-approved, so the product can be sold on the US market.
