1.3 SecuYou.dk ("our", "us" or "we") is the data controller for the personal information you have provided to us. If you have questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact our customer service in writing or by phone. You can find our contact details under section 7.
2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES, AND HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

The data recorded by the system includes information about the browser you are using, the words, products, and categories you search for, your IP address, network location, and information about your computer, mobile, or tablet, which allows us to improve your user experience and optimize SecuYou.dk functions. We also use the information to conduct relevant marketing. The legal basis for our processing of your data in connection with website visits can be found in Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
2.2 When you sign up for SecuYou.dk's direct marketing, such as our Facebook page, newsletter, push messages, or similar, we register your name, email address, and other voluntary information you provide during registration. The purpose is to be able to deliver relevant marketing to you. The legal basis for this is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
2.3 When you purchase a product on SecuYou.dk or communicate with us via our website, we register the information you provide, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, payment method, delivery method, IP address, and which products you have purchased and possibly returned to us. This information is registered so that we can deliver the products you have ordered, and also administer and comply with your rights to return and complain about an item. 3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 SecuYou.dk transfers information about your name, address, email address, order number, and delivery preferences to DAO, GLS, or another carrier that handles the shipping and delivery of the goods you have purchased from us. If you purchase products that are not in our warehouse, your information may exceptionally be passed on to the manufacturer, who will then ensure that the item is sent to you. This information is exchanged between SecuYou.dk and the carrier via Webshipper.

In connection with your purchase of goods on our website, Trustpilot sends an email on behalf of our company with an invitation to review our products and services. It is entirely optional whether you want to write a review, and you can choose to use an optional name. We only use the provided email address to verify that a purchase has been made at Pearlwax.dk. Some of our external data processors, for example Google Analytics by Google LLC., Facebook Inc., and Zendesk Inc., are established outside the EU, specifically in the USA.
