ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Secuyou.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop almost anytime. 

To shop atsecuyou.dk, you must be at least 15 years old and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you have not yet reached the age of 15, you can still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and add them to the "shopping cart". You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time you place your order, and you can check the contents and price of the items at any time. 

Any additional payments for e.g. shipping and credit card fees will be calculated just before you are ready to pay. 

When you are ready to order, click "Go to checkout", where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method and select your delivery method.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Checkout" button. Your order will then be forwarded to secuyou.dk

Prices on the website include Danish VAT. Currency is DDK.

We accept the following payment cards:

As a rule, the amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped. In the case of pre-orders, the money is withdrawn before the item is shipped. 

Secuyou.dk's acquiring agreement only allowssecuyou.dk to reserve the money for 5 days in the system, after whichsecuyou. dk will withdraw the money from your card. In some cases, increased delivery time will overlap with this time frame, causing your money to be charged before the item is shipped. 

Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

DELIVERY

We deliver with Post Nord, GLS, DAO in Denmark. Once the item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with the parcel number, which you can use to track your desired shipping option on our website. Items in stock are delivered within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We have free shipping in Denmark for orders over 600 DKK. 

If you do not pick up your order within the specified pick-up time (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. For re-shipping, a new shipping fee will be charged, as well as the cost of the return shipment and an administration fee of 149,-. Total 249,- For countries other than Denmark, the country-based shipping rates apply. This also applies if you have not received notification. According to the postal service, it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on a package they are waiting for.

30-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you shop online and at secuyou.dk, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in an unequivocal statement within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day (also applies to pre-orders). In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.

You must pay for returns yourself.

In addition, 3% of the refunded amount will be deducted. This amount covers the transaction costs of the purchase. However, my admin. and transaction fee is DKK 75.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you may not actually use it.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that secuyou.dk can, by law, refuse a full refund, but will work with the customer to find a fair refund amount. This only applies if the product does not have the same value as when it was received, and that secuyou.dk cannot sell the item as new and at new price.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal will be stated in the order process.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice.

Returns

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs associated with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

If the original packaging is missing, this may constitute a depreciation in value, so to be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.

NOTES:

You can lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has decreased because

  • you have actually used the goods,
  • it has been damaged while you were in charge of it,
  • you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
  • you have not followed the limitations in the right of withdrawal that follow from sealing, type of goods, etc.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned the goods by then.

We do not accept undelivered parcels or parcels sent cash on delivery.

DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS

If you use discount codes or vouchers issued by secuyou.dk, please note that you cannot use more than one discount code per order.

This is both a business and technical measure.  

COMPLAINT - IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective product, an exchange, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. The right of complaint is valid for 24 months.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time"

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the goods. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible. If you complain within 2 months after the defect was discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from when you receive your package. Should you not be satisfied with the product within this time, you are always welcome to contact our customer service and make use of our satisfaction guarantee.

To be able to shop at secuyou.dk, you must at least provide the following information:

We register and disclose your personal data in order to deliver the product to you.

The personal data is registered at secuyou.dk and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

However, if you have created a login for self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties, unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.

As registered with secuyou.dk you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Pearlwax.dk via e-mail as stated on the website.

SMS Service 

secuyou.dk assumes the right, as a service, to remind the customer via SMS about purchases that were not completed, delivery information regarding the customer's order, weekly offers and the like.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Purchases of goods on secuyou.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service, which can be contacted by email: info@secuyou.dk or by phone every weekday 9-16 on +45 45534553. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
