We deliver with Post Nord and GLS. Once the item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a parcel number to track your package.

Return of goods.

You must send the item to us yourself. 

Uncollected item.

If you do not pick up your order within the stated pick-up time (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. For re-shipping, a new shipping fee of DKK 149,- (for Denmark) will be charged. This also applies if you have not received notification. According to the postal service, it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on a package they are waiting for.

DELIVERY to Sweden, Norway, Finland and other countries outside Denmark.
